Bike Fun International is one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of bicycles and e-bikes. Under its own brands—such as SUPERIOR, ROCK MACHINE, and FRAPPÉ—the company develops and manufactures a wide range of high-quality bicycles, from everyday bikes to sporty mountain and road bikes, as well as modern e-bike systems. Production is carried out entirely in-house: from design and engineering to frame painting, assembly, and final inspection.
Bike Fun sells its bicycles and bicycle accessories in more than 28 countries worldwide and produces up to 200,000 units annually at its factory in Kopřivnice (CZ) in the heart of Europe.

In the mass production of bicycles and e-bikes, GESIPA® blind rivets are specifically used where durable, high-strength, and visually clean joints are required—for example:
- when assembling frame components
- for attachments and brackets
- when securing accessories and structural profiles
- in applications where vibration-resistant connections are critical
Automation as the Key to Efficiency
For its joining technology, Bike Fun International relies on AL/AL blind rivets with a rivet shank diameter of 4 mm. These blind rivets reliably meet the high demands of mass production and ensure a permanently secure joint—even at high production volumes.
However, a decisive step toward efficiency was the transition from manual processing to an automated solution. Today, the company uses the GESIPA® GAV 8000 ECO, a high-performance blind riveting machine that is optimally designed to meet the requirements of modern production lines.
