Our Molding and Mold Making shop supports not only our own molding department but other companies molds with mold building and preventative and disaster maintenance programs to ensure mold integrity.

Gesipa Fasteners USA, Inc. current capability lies in plastic injection molding, utilizing our three Cincinnati Milacron presses but is not limited. Press size ranges from 55 tons to 110 tons. We have complete complimentary support equipment to dry material, regrind material, plus heat and cool molds as required.

GESIPA’s mold shop is well equipped with both CNC Wire EDM, CNC Ram EDM and Surface Grinders all located within our plant in a climate controlled environment. Our tool & mold makers are constantly involved in close tolerance manufacturing of heat treated components used in injection molds, all focused on the manufacture of customers specific designed parts.

Gesipa also offers full capabilities in design and build of your molds for your usage. We will take your part prints, design your mold and manufacture to your exacting specifications.

Utilizing over thirty different tool & mold making machines in our climate controlled factory, we will machine parts from 20” x 40” (500mm x 1,000 mm) down to the smallest. We feature CNC Turning and Machining Centers along with CNC Wire and Ram Type EDM machines operating in conjunction with our manual machines and climate controlled grinding department, we will meet your requirements in an accurate and timely manner.
