The Precision Machine Shop is equipped with both conventional and CNC equipment. We are able to do piece parts or complete mechanical assemblies to automate existing or new lines. This includes welded frames, precision tables, commercial item purchases and final assembly. Our Tool Shop is equipped with both Wire EDM, Ram EDM and precision Surface Grinders, involved in close tolerance production of heat treated components used in equipment subject to wear or frequent tooling changes due to variation in product orders. We support Molding and Stamping with complete tool building and maintenance. Plastic Injection Molding is serviced by 3 Cincinnati Milacron presses. Press size ranges from 55 ton to 110 ton. We also have support equipment to dry material, regrind material, heat and cool molds as required. Precision Stamping / Hi Speed Stamping with Bruderer presses, is primarily, but not limited to, the connector and relay industry. This includes both loose piece or reeled product. Our complete Manufacturing Processes include machining, molding and stamped components. These can then be assembled and packaged together to be sent to customers warehouses.
